Following the event, many of the winners of the ÐßÐßÊÓƵFish Market Seafood Excellence Awards will also be put forward as the NSW nominees for the National Seafood Industry Awards.

ÐßÐßÊÓƵFish Market CEO Greg Dyer said the biennial event is something he always looks forward to as it offers a great opportunity to recognise the contributions of those in the industry.

“The Seafood Excellence Awards pay tribute to every facet of the seafood industry, from ocean to plate. We’re proud of the individuals and organisations that work hard to ensure Australia’s global reputation as a producer of premium seafood is maintained, and welcome this opportunity to recognise their efforts,” said Mr Dyer.

“I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our valued sponsors, without whom this event would not be possible.”

This year’s esteemed sponsors include: Bayton Group, NSW Department of Primary Industries, Essence Project Management, Fisheries Research and Development Corporation (FRDC), NSW Food Authority, DEC PR, Commercial Fishermen’s Co-op, Aquarius Lawyers, Mainfreight, and K&L Gates.

ÐßÐßÊÓƵFish Market heartily congratulates all finalists for their fantastic work, their passion for the seafood industry, their professionalism, and their commitment to supplying some of the finest seafood in the world to local, national, and international markets.
